Presentation Guidelines

1. Presentation Format

All classrooms will be equipped with a computer and projector;

The authors must have their presentation in MS PowerPoint, or PDF. It is advised to have those files stored in several different places (email, pen, cloud);

The speakers should upload their documents at least 30 minutes before the presentation.

Alternatively, files can be sent to, asking the Organization to upload the presentation to the room.

In each session there will be the Chair of the Session that will offer all support. He will be dully identified with an Workshop badge.

2. Available time for presentation

The maximum time available for presentations will be 20 minutes and a foreseen debate in the end of each presentation of 5 to 10 minutes.

3. Virtual participation

IWATM2021 will enable virtual participation in the Workshop. The virtual participation modality includes virtual presentation through the ISAG-elearning platform. All instructions are sent via email.

The rules / instructions regarding submissions, important dates, and registration are the same as for regular participation. Researchers who opt for virtual participation will receive an official certificate of presentation (per article submitted), as well as an official certificate of participation. In addition, the IWAT2021 Proceedings Book will also be sent via email to the participants, as well as invoices and receipts referring to the registration process at IWAT2021.
