Cancelation Policy
If it is impossible for the already enrolled researchers to attended the conference, and taking into account the problems that these cancellations cause in the organization of the event, Workshop on Tourism and Hospitality Management applies the following policy, according to the date on which cancellation is requested:
– Before June 29th inclusive, 25% of the registration fee will be retained.
– Between June 29th and July 1st, inclusively, 50% of the registration fee will be retained.
– After July 2sd the organization will hold 100% the registration fee.

Exceptionally, and upon proof of existence of a serious personal problem that prevents the participation in the conference, the Organizing Committee will consider the reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee.
